David Maxwell, Project Coordinator for Operation Noah Rebuild, the relief arm of the Southern Baptists’ work in New Orleans.  Over 22,000 volunteers have been involved fixing and rebuilding over 1300 homes.  He gives a report on their work following Hurricane Katrina three years ago this week.
